In this privacy policy, we will explain how our mobile app (Learn Connect Create) works. – You will find out which personal information is collected by the app and how we use it.
2.What information do we collect?
Learn Connect Create is a chatting app intended for learning about blogging. When you download the app and start using it we will collect: your user name, email address, profile description, profile photo, comments, questions, answers and mentor chat history.
3.How do we use your information?
User name: is used to identify your user account. Each user can have their own name which they use on the app. The username is visible to the mentor in the admin app and to all users when you make a comment or ask a question in the app.
Email address: is used to identify your user account. It is only visible to the app administrator and is not shared with any third parties. Immediately after registration, each user is signed up for our e-newsletter messages that are received from the contact@learnconnectcreate.com address.
User will be receiving tips via email that was used for registering account around 5-8 times per week. You will have the option to unsubscribe from the news in every email by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom.
Profile description: each user can also complete their profile description. You can briefly describe your interests and hobbies. This information will only be visible to the app administrator. We use this information to get to know the users better.
Profile photo: each user can pick their profile photo which they will use on the app. Your profile photo will be visible to the administrator. When you ask a question or comment in the app, your profile photo will also be visible to every other user of the Learn Connect Create app.
Comments: if you decide to make a comment in the app, it will be visible to the administrator and every user of the app.
Questions: if you decide to ask a question in the app, it will be visible to the administrator and every user of the app.
Answers: if you decide to answer a question in the app, it will be visible to the administrator and every user of the app.
Mentor chat history: when you chat via messenger with your mentor, your older messages will be stored and visible to you and your mentor as long as you use the app. The chat remains private and we certainly do not share your chat information with third parties.
4.We consider your privacy a top priority:
We carefully protect your information and do not share it with third parties. Only admin user, service owner can access them. The main purpose of the admin user is to communicate with you and provide you with help and advice on blogging. All information that we collect from you is carefully protected and not shared with third parties. We only use it so we can successfully communicate with you, to get to know you better and be able to offer even better mentorship and experience with your use of Learn Connect Create app.
5.Visiting other websites:
Our Learn Connect Create app lets you chat with a blogging mentor, and you can also monitor your news feed. Every once in a while you may receive a message during the chat that features a link to another site. When you click on the link to access other websites, different terms of use and privacy policy will apply. You may also find links to other sites in your news feed. Although we only provide you with links to authority sites, you are still responsible for reading their terms of use and privacy policy when you visit each site.
6.In-App Advertising:
You may also encounter ads while using the app. Our app is intended for learning. We provide daily content for new knowledge and blogging skills. We promote certain products or services every now and then. Every once in a while you may access other websites through our app, that promote certain products or services.
7.Privacy policy changes:
If any changes occur to our privacy policies during the operation and use of our services, we will change our privacy policy. The new privacy policy will be published here. – Date of last update will be published on the top of the page. Change can happen at any time. Be aware of this as you are responsible for following the privacy policy before and during the use of our services.
